How about this build? It will be a big upgrade from what I have now.

Looks ok but if your gaming ditch that GT240 its not a gaming card. Get yourself a 4870, 90, 5770 or a 5850/70 if you can afford it

Or a GTX 260

Again its a good card but you can get a 4870 for a little more and it kills a 9800GT

The 9800GT is an old card, but a good card. It is the better choice if you are going to fold with it, but not for gaming anymore.

The Radeon 5750 should be about 45% faster and it will make new games look better too.

GSkill has released some low voltage RAM with tighter timings than what you are looking at.

OP - A budget and where your buying from would help us give you advice

why are you getting a mATX board for a full tower case? personally i would go with something larger with more features since that case will fit almost anything.
