Okay I downloaded speedfan awhile ago to keep an eye on my temps, and never realy knew that the fan speed was adjustable right in speedfan until I downloaded it on my other PC. I can adjust the fan speeds on the other pc but this one does nothing and Im guessing its why my temps get kinda high underload because the fan hardly ever increase's, now on the other computer I can adjust it from 0rpm to 5000+ while this pc is usualy stuck at 2448 or around there idle or under load. Im guessing my board is causing most of these issues, Ive also noticed that CPU-z wont read my actual ram timings or speed. The other computer has a celey D 325 2.53 on a MSI board and this has a Celey D 335 2.8 on a biostar(via board) plus Ive noticed that the on this computer speedfan and some other things keep reading the CPU as if it was dual core because it has to vcore's on speedfan and in sandra it say's I need to turn on the dual cpu option in something. Look at the screen shots and tell me what you think. Oh and also the 12volt scale says this pc is only 10volts and the other says 12+volts. Ill post a screen shot of my other PC in a second.
