How well will a 3200+ venice OC?

i just bought a amd athlon 3200+ from newegg and i was wondering how well it will oc on stock cooling. the mobo i have bought is a asrock939 dual sata (i bought it cause it has full agp and pci-e support and is part of asus) so how well would it oc?

I have a Asus MB and with following settings:

260 FSB
10 x multi
HTT x 3
CPU Voltage = 1.5 (or 1.55 whatever max is on the A8N-SLI Deluxe)
Everything else is auto (memory ends up running at 333 mhz on the divider)

2600 from a stock 2000 is like a 30% OC, not too shabby on stock cooling

i got the same with mine, 2.6, with a good cooler and better RAM i could probably get to 2.8.
