this is my first time to enter this competition and my first time case modding so let me know if you like my case and if you have any questions/suggestions/criticisms i would love to hear them.

i have a AZZA ORION
intel pentium dual core E2180
stock MB & PSU
500GB Seagate Barracuda

i need to get a new motherboard and power supply so i can overclock, but i have a really tight budget so it might be a while till i get them. waiting for a really good deal.

i wanted to get better airflow and cooling in my case as well as make it look sweet.
off stock it had a 120mm in the side and a 90mm in the front and in the back, not too amazing.

i started by buying 2 rosewill 120mm and 3 80mm fans from newegg.
sweet fans, VERY bright and they move a ton of air (120mm 74 cfm) (80mm 32cfm)

then i decided to take it all apart, paint the plain metal parts and put a 90mm fan in the bottom to draw cool air in from underneath the case and a 120mm exhaust fan in the top.

it originally ended up like this


a piece of lexan with holes in it over the fan in the top, but it looked pretty cheap.
also the fans in the side window were making a ton of noise because the air vent holes were so small.
so i cut out a 120mm circle in the window's and got some fan grills and that quieted them down ALOT.

i really needed air coming in the front so i put two 80mm fans in the front cover.
thats another 64cfm coming in the front, makes a huge difference, before when i closed the front door the fans would all lower there rpms and kinda "bog down" a little.
but now theres plenty of air being fed into the front.





i need to get another 80mm grill.
i had only planned on putting one fan in but i ended up doing two.

i finally got the adapter for my zalman and installed it along with finishing cable management.....which isnt much i dont have sleeved cables on my power supply but it turned out really well.

i repainted all the fan guards flat black.....LOOKS MUCH BETTER.




i arranged everything so the front fans would blow past the HD and keep it cool as well. i moved the cd drive lower so it wouldn't obstruct airflow as much.





i got this gpu cooler off ebay for around $7 i think. it lowered the temps avg. 7* works very well for the price.










***THE FANS ARE BLOOD RED BTW...my camera just makes them look orange and pink***

those pictures where with the stock cooler before i put the zalman on.
now its about 10c cooler.


thats about it it keeps very cool and all my friends keep telling me how awesome it looks so im happy.

I love that I can turn my fans off and on (seperatly), and change the fan speed right in the front (seperatly).... that case looks alot like mine. Only I'm lazy and just bought it flat out.
