what you want is pc4000 infineon ce-6 ICs
for instance: OCZ 2gb dual channel platinum edition with enhanced bandwidth
these babies run at 2.8 stock vdimm with 3-3-2-8-1t
and u can push these babes to 290mhz easily without dramatically increasing the voltage

Crucial/Micron is better than Infineon. UCCC is also pretty good.
