As anyone else experienced ghosting on his psp ? Is it normal ? Because when I play games like The Con where things move fast, or when I watch trailers and video clips I see ghosting.

My guess is that they use a cheap LCD to cut down on costs. How bad is it?

Ok let me describe.

In the game The Con, there is one fighter that wears a black t-shirt and a white shirt. In the cutscenes, he does backflips and theres ghosts of his clothes all over the screen. In video clips, the band is headbanging all the time and sometimes the drummer hits the toms very quickly and you can't tell on wich one hes hitting at the very moment because its like if his hands where everywhere at the same time.

So it gets pretty severe at times?

Well I wouldn't say severe but it does get annoying.

I don't have that particular game, but I have not experienced ghosting in any of the games I have played. And some of them have had pretty fast action where ghosting should occur if it was a systemic problem (e.g. Burnout). So if this is happening consistently in all of your games and videos, then you might have a problem unit that needs replaced.

Same here. I haven't noticed any ghosting in any game or movie. I think your PSP might be a faulty one

I get ghosting on mine, but it was from the first batch released in Japan a year ago. Sony switched LCD screen manufacturer to stop this, so maybe you just got old stock or something. I'd return it if you're not happy with it
