what happens when you try 220?
Use a memory divider 166, this will make sure that only your cpu is causing the instability.

It's in your bios. Under a section labeled DRAM configuration..
If I were you I would learn how to OC first, there is alot of information in the stickies. This will explain everything more than what we can.
If we provide you information, you got to get to the point where you understand everything we are talking about for us to help you out.
knowledge is power.

First, he needs to find his max at 1:1, then go with a divider, and take the dividers in steps....go with the 180 first, see how that goes, ect.

I find it hard to believe your mobo doesn't have a memory section.

It's not going to be in the same area as your CPU settings

Look around in...um.....I think it's advanced chipset properties? Or is that where the CPU stuff is?

Trust me I know all that...I was referring to him finding his CPU max by throwing a divider on the ram and not having to worry about the memory being the cause of instability...
You dont want to test overclocking at 1:1
