Hmmm......have you touched the vcore? The vdimm? The chipset voltages? Theres a ton of things you can do

BUT first, what PSU is that? I see 350w, but what does that mean? How many amps on the rails?

All it says on the side is YTE Switching powersupply
BTW i am using a 20-24pin power adapter to fit my motherboard

You wouldn't really think it but your power supply is even more important than your CPU or motherboard in some respects. If you buy $1000 worth of motherboard, CPU, and memory, and buy a cheapo powersupply, then nothing is going to work properly.
