Using the s-video input

Ok, so I have a xbox, and I want to connect it to my computer. My 7800gt has a S-Video input, but I don't know how to use it. It comes with an adapter, how do you use it to play xbox?

The adapter has a red, blue, green, and yellow place to plug the thing in. I have the yellow one from the xbox plugged into the yellow input on the adapter. What (free) program can i use now to make the video appear on the screen?
