Do my scores seem kind of low for my system or no?

Quite good scores there, here's mine:

But Windows Index Score, just like any synthetic benchmark, is useless.

lol I had a feeling you were just being kinda funny with your OP.

Nice scores though, even though they are rather meaningless. As Microsoft updates the Index, your scores will slowly decrease.

windows performance index is lame. i put no faith in it. i mean, everything except my hard drive scored in the 6's and high 5's, my GPU being the highest with a 6.9...and it gives me a 5.2 cuz of my hard drive. absolutely useless software. i consistenly run games with supposed higher scores than what i have, and Snuffleupagus rips through all of them.

The score is not meaningless (you can say anything is meaningless in some sense). You just have to think of it in context for what it is, and also realize that scores will go down over time if the hardware stays the same. That said, the score comparisons make sense when you look at people's system hardware. With each component that I upgraded, the score went up accordingly.

Yeah, but they're meaningless for most people here. For example: I'd rather run benchmarks than use the WEI.

The WEI seems to be geared more towards people who have a pre-built system.
