Problem with memory timmings

Hi! all,
I think i've found the reason why my computer is so slow,im running an amd and got my timmings to 2/2/2/11 would this cause really bad memory hang outs?

Well, 2-2-2-11 are the best settings for an nforce II mobo. And corsair XMS should deffinately do those timings at 200mhz FSB.

Nooo, 2-2-2-11 will most likely be the fastest for AMD nforce 2 mobos. For non nforce 2 mobos: 2-2-2-5 is faster.

Lower timings are generaly better/faster. The last timing just depends on the mobo, but theoretically lower should be faster there too.

I got it fixed...It was because of alcohol 120%,it created errors even tho it wasnt running i just wonder why???But since I uninstalled it everything is running perfectly!!! I now run everygame @ 1600x1200 the 9800pro rocks man!!So glad everything is up now...
