Yesterday, I logged in to the Machine to check to see if the GPU Clients were all running perfectly fine. 1 was not. Upon inspecting the machine even more, I noticed that the fan wasn't working at all, it had popped out of the motor. 
So, after doing some tests on multiple machines, I have come to the conclusion that the card is in fact, dead.
We are getting a replacement ASAP however, either through RMA or through a replacement used/new card.
