Here's a reply I got from them, when I asked about my pump issue:
I apologize for the issue you are having with our product. The warranty on the Eliminator is one year after the purcahse date. For RMA purposes please provide me with a copy of your proof of purchase and a picture of your unit.
If you are under warranty I can RMA your unit for our radiator based cooling solution call the Domino. If you would like to fix the unit yourself I can ship and sell you our newer smaller profile pump and you can fix the unit yourself, or if you are out of warranty you can buy one of our pumps and fix it. Also, If you are in Canada you could ship your unit to us we could fix it for you and ship it back. This would take about two weeks for them to fix your unit. What would you like to do?
Well, one year warranty, then that means I'm out of warranty.
Secondly, RMA an Eliminator for a Domino? No thanks, I'd much prefer having the thermal electric cooling.
Fixing it myself? Sure, I'd do that, depending on how much the pump will cost.
I didn't say what I commented on it here, to them. I replied asking how much a new pump costs to fix it myself. I mean apart from the pump, it works great. I would love to use it again.
Although I can't find my AM2 mounting brackets at the moment... the motherboard mount pieces are here, but the metal things that hold the water block to the motherboard is what I am needing to find...
Can't believe I some how mis-placed those...
Got a response back, and there is no price, because of one thing...
I some bad news. The pump that I was reffering to will not work for the Elminator. So I have no pump that I can sell you that will allow you to get the Eliminator running. If you are underwarranty I could RMA your Eliminator for a Domino. If you are out of warranty then I can offer you a %10 discount on a new Domino.
I am sorry I could not be of more help.
So I guess my Eliminator is useless now? Could be, but this is
Overclock.net... maybe I could modify the Eliminator with a new water cooling pump I could buy. Sure, no fancy attachment but it could be made to work.
In any case, I don't feel up to messing with it, right now. I was hoping to use it on the re-build of my Phenom I system... that sure ain't happening with a cooler with a noisy pump, I don't want it dying and burning up my CPU.Edited by Hoodcom - 1/8/10 at 1:09pm
