I'd like to ask you guys something?

Are you being honest with yourselfs?

I can run mt 3200+ venice at 2.6/2.7 but if I run stress test programs like Prime95 or SuperPI I get errors after a bit.

Also, if I run games for 4 hours or more at those speeds I notice artifacting or even some locks due to all the heat build up over hours of game playing.

I've found the sweet spot to be 2.5ghz. I can run games all day and I can run Prime95 and superPI at the same time for hours and no errors.

For the record I have an antec 550TPII PSU, a Zalman CPU HSF and an ATI Silencer for my GPU along with 2 120mm antec case fans for the case airflow.

Being part of the OC community pretty heavy for the last month I've found there are 2 types of OC'ers:

The guys who push their stuff to the highest level and notice graphical defects or errors in long running stress tests and just say there's stuff runs at the fastest level even though it will error out or get graphical defects.

The second type of person actually takes the time to find the highest OC level that will net him 100% stablity and that person tells everyone the OC speed in which he achives 100% stablity and no graphical defects even after hours of game play and never bothers to say how fast it can just run windows or a few games for short periods(like an hour or two).

So again, I ask you guys, are you being honest with yourselves?

Why would we/they lie? Seems like such a petty thing to compare the size of your e-penis. And yes, I'm at 2.71ghz. 28hr. prime stable.
