Phenom X4 9150e or II X2 250?

I'm not really sure what to go for I'm getting a MSI 785GTM-E45 AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G motherboard and a RADEON HD 4770 and I'm wondering what you guys think about the...
AMD Phenom X4 9150e:

I'm on a budget for this one. Which one do you suggest? (It could be any other that's in the price range of these two as well.)

That's easy, the Athlon II. I don't think anyone would recommend the first phenoms, unless AMD altered something with the energy efficient line that I'm unaware of.

For $10 more than the Phenom you listed you can get a quad core Athlon II, but if that is too expensive then the Athlon II you listed isn't bad either.
