hey thanks everyone for the support.
As many of you say if i had the cash id build a 8GB RAM, i7, with 2x ati HD 5970
But im a sudent so i cant spend out 500 quid on a build let alone 2 grand

Nice job there. It takes guts to fire up a soldering gun at have at your components. You pulled off a sweet hardware OC!

So what if it's a crappy old Dell? It's now a faster crappy old Dell that does the job he wanted it to do.

I'd be proud as hell if you were my kid. Skill triumphed over lack of purchasing power.
