it goes like this

E5300 operating voltage 0.92 to 1.362 (yes your CPU is fine)

then

Max recommended voltage for any 45nm CPU (including the E5300) is 1.45 but reaching this voltage will reduce your CPU's life span

now, CPU thermal spec is 74.1C (above that you damage the CPU)

CPU temp = Core temp - 10C(avarage)

so in theory, max core temp should be 84.1C but no CPU will be stable @ that temp

so your max core temp should be in the 70s max

again, check the first page first post, it has a lot of info you can use

Thanks for helping me! I think I'm going to tune it down to a safer 3.6ghz il post settings after prime95 stress testing. Cooling is not an issue it just that safe voltage limit of 1.4v. =/

it is indeed 1.4v MAX as you have to account for the usual voltage spike of 0.05v between now and then, so max recommended is 1.4v and not 1.45v

also core temp should reach no more than 70-73C MAX if you are expecting a stable OC

No mate, 100c will damage your CPU real quick because it means 90C CPU temp and the E5300 has a 74.1C thermal spec so...don't go there
