can someone tell me if my RAM is good? 6-6-6-15 and 1:2 Ratio
Also i bumped my CPU Voltage to +0.05 in the bios and im currently running prime test 95 and im getting temps on my cpu around 60-70c. is that normal during primetest95? i chose the blend option by the way.

Thanks in advance if someone can please help me out
1- 511Mhz (1022Mhz DDR2) is too high for your RAM spec
2- Ratio doesn't matter when overclocking...RAM speed does
3- Your temp is a little high for your OC (because i get the same temps when running @ 3.6Ghz ) so...

A- Make sure your HSF (heatsink/fan) is properly mounted on your CPU and use a good quality thermal paste like the arctic MX 4/5 series

B- If your HSF is ok, then make sure your case is properly ventilated and use an 80mm/120mm fan at the back of the case to suck all the hot air outside.

here is an easy 3.5Ghz 1333FSB overclock for you, (largest bandwidth for CPU and RAM speed @ 800MHZ DDR2 (your original RAM Speed so you don't damage your RAM on the long run)

CPU 3.5GHZ
Multiplier 10.5
FSB 333
Bios CPU v 1.30
CPU-Z CPU v 1.26
prime95 CPU v 1.23
Ideal temp 33C
100% max load temp 58C
CPU Termination v 1.1
CPU Reference v AUTO
MCH (NB) v 1.1
MCH Latch 333
System memory multiplier 2.4B
I/O (SB) v 1.55
DRAM v 1.8
DRAM 800MHZ

Good luck

i used the setting u told me for 3.5GHz but it doesnt work. My computer boots, no display, after 5 sec shuts down, about to restart on its own but shuts down right away the restart again with the bios booting up and showing overclocked failed.
i got a Crucial PC6400-800MHz DDR2 RAM. is that not good? a guy at TigerDirect told me it was good. Thats where i bought my motherboard, CPU, RAM and Video Card

make sure ur rams isnt overclocked much, ram is best u can have with that setup, for my self i never overclock ram over 800mhz default . its no point for me . i keep them safe. 800mhz ram is good enought . keep them not overclocked better lower fsb abit if ram is going overclock . multplier 13x is for keeping fsb lover if it reaches ram overclock

1- Your RAM quality has nothing to do with the settings i gave you, make sure your RAM is still operating at its default speed (800Mhz) play with the MCH latch and system multiplier or unlink the RAM from the FSB (if your bios has this option) so that when you increase your FSB your RAM speed doesn't increase too

2- If you did that and it still doesn't work then your CPU hits its FSB wall before 333 FSB, in this case, keep your CPU multiplier at 13 and raise the FSB to 270 so 13x270 = 3510Mhz, but also, unlink your RAM if possible and make sure its operating @ 800Mhz or very close to this number

currently i am at 3.2GHz Stable and my RAM is at 491.8mHz and when i got to SPD in CPUID, my Max Bandwidth is: PC2-6400 (400MHz)

also in my bios i set my RAM to 800MHz. I also got the option for that as Auto and 667Mhz. Should i keep it at 800Mhz or should i change it?
