Welcome to Overclock.net

if your CPU voltage in bios is maxed @ 1.3v then your motherboard isn't meant for Overclocking and yo won't get past what you have right now,

so i suggest a cheap 60-65 USD motherboard like the one i have for overclocking your CPU to 3.5Ghz+

so its on auto and badly cooled, take out the heatsink you have right now and install an active cooling one (heatsink + fan) from an old used CPU or check out your local market for whatever used or new HSF combination they have as long as it fits your NB and doesn't effect the rest of your MB space

so the problem is the vcore, there is another factor that stop me to get more clock ? for example the fsb? mem clock? or is the only the cpu voltaje?

there is any chance to up the cpu voltaje with any soft? there is another way i can get up cpu clock ?

by now cpu is running perfect and i think not needed more clock but a litle more is always good

greets

Since you are now a member of Overclock.net, go your CP (control panel) and fill in you System's specs like Motherboard brand, RAM brand/speed and the cooling type you are using air/water so we can better help you
Thanks for your reply.

I did test it, and Prime95 ran for 10+ hours without error, so I guess it's pretty stable. And the temp is no more than 55C at load.
Everything just seems so well that I would expect it to be a beast when adding a little bit more juice

Hi, I am not very good at OCing, but maybe you can try to tweak different combo of your multiplier and FSB. Say 300*12 or 333*11, unless your motherboard has FSB wall of 250

If you don't want to change your MB there are threads on overclock.net which explain how to v-mod your MB (as in give it more voltage) but i know nothing about this so its up to you to study the matter and which solution suits you more, v-mod the MB or change it but the first solution is the cheapest

the EP45 you have is one of the best LGA775 MB so its 99% that you got a bad CPU batch, (read not a champion overclocker) but your speed is up by 1066Mhz on each core which = a 40% overclock over the stock speed, or look at it this way, your CPU is as fast (if not faster) than a stock 270USD C2D E8600

You are right. This E5300 already surprised me with its performance at stock voltage
Thanks!

thanks for the advice, the mobo can get higher than 250 fsb so there is not problem in that....
anyone knows a soft for manage CPU multiplier ? ive use CrystalCPUID but doesnt work

pd...i see on everest ultimate that "current speed clock is 3224 Mhz" and "max speed clock is 3800Mhz" , damn so i cant never get 4Ghz
