then you are stuck mate, thats a basic MB you have there which is a shame since the E5300 is a crazy overclocker, but you can always buy a cheap MB like mine gigabyte GA-EP41-UD3L for 50 USD and overclock the E5300 to its full potential

what speed is your CPU @ right now? and what is your memory's default speed and voltage? and what do you mean by done prime95? like..did you try for 15 minutes and called your CPU stable or did you try it for 8 hours min to insure that your CPU is 100% stable?

my speed now is 2.90ghz now my memory default speed is 400mhz as shown in cpuz under DRAM frequency after overclock is 447.4,i ran prime95 for 25min all the test shows ok no errors found. my voltage is under stock because my motherboard cant set voltage limited overclocking

ah yes, forgot the pictures sorry, anyway your DRAM default Speed is 800Mhz and you are running @ ~894Mhz (447.4 x 2)

If your multiplier is locked @ 13x so your speed is 13 x 233 = 2.9Ghz but @ that speed your DRAM is running @ 894Mhz,

Now most PC2-6400 DRAM can OC to around 950 if you up your DRAM voltage (don't tell me your motherboard doesn't have that too?) to 1.9v

@ 950Mhz DRAM , your CPU should be @ 3.1Ghz, but even if your RAM could overclock higher, you will have to start upping the CPU voltage @ around 3.2 which you can't so i think that all you can do is 3GHz for now until you get a good cheap MB

drop the dram frequency in your bios down to 667MHz
That will make sure your RAM isnt overclocked and give you a bit more headroom.
