This is imposible, I can not go on like this, this card cost me u$s 180
Where do you live exactly, the prices for the computer hardware in your country are from another planet

the 9500GT is a very slow and cheap card, most people can get it for 30-50 USD

And yes, even a 9600GT which is also a very slow card now is 2x-3x more powerful than your card but then again i think it will cost you 5 million dollars to buy it in your country

yes, and we are so close to another city but is the same, I must trip this week for bussines and I'll see that I find, my city? (Trevelin, Chubut).
if you are if you're planning to travel to Patagonia, think twice.

I have my old lga775 board which i used to get my E5200 to 4GHz stable. I got to a max of 4.512GHz (81% OC).

Depending on how much shipping is I would sell it to you.
Tanks. McPetrolHead but the shipping is also expensive, some dealers on Ebay say the cost is arround $ 80, that without taxes, 50% (mother + shipping)
Example:
Mobo: $ 80
Shipping $ 80
Total: $160
Taxes: $ 80
total: $ 240
discount: $ 25 (Aduana one discount at year)
Total $ 215

here is a summery of what i understand:

1- you can't get past 270FSB otherwise you get a blue screen

2- You have 2GB of DRAM, the first 1GB is Hyundai and the second 2GB is Kingston both i assume operate @ 1.8v

3- according to your CPU-Z validation, your CPU core v is 1.344v which is too high for a 3.5Ghz OC (the usual is 1.28v-1.30v MAX after v-drop), this explains the unusual high temp you are getting, the norm for a 3.5Ghz OC should be around 60C-62C max under 100% stress using the stock Intel HSF IF your voltage is what it should be

Now here are your options:

1- fixing the high core temp problem:

You got a new cooler, great but as i said before, 1.344v for 3.5Ghz is too high so keep your OC settings as they are now but lower your CPU core v in the bios so it will show as 1.28 or 1.3 in CPU-Z then stress test it for stability and temperature check

2- Fixing the DRAM problem

A- increase the DRAM v from 1.8v to 1.9v and then try to increase your FSB speed by +5Mhz save settings in the bios then exit and see if all goes well, if this doesn't work, increase your CPU core v back to 1.344 in CPU-Z and try FSB 275 again

B- IF option A doesn't work, remove your Hyundai 1GB DRAM and keep your Kingston 1GB DRAM then Try option A again

C- If option B works throw your Hyundai 1GB in the garbage and buy another 1GB stick of the same serial number and speed of your current 1GB Kingston

D- IF all fails just remove what you have and buy 1x2GB or 2x2GB of Kingston PC-6400 DRAM and all should go well
Well I increased the DDR2 overvoltage 0.1 volts and decreased my vcore down to 1.3 or so and it now shows 1.28v in CPU-Z, so here's wondering what my max temperatures are now and if I can go any higher.

EDIT: Temperatures hover about 61-62.

So you fixed your CPU temp problem, but you should stress test it to make sure its stable @ that voltage

stress it using

1- Prim95 for 8 hours

or

2- OCCT for 3 hours

what about everything else? your FSB and DRAM problem? all solved?

No not really, overvolting the RAM seems to blue screen my computer even when I don't increase the FSB frequency.

did you follow options A B C? and still didn't solve your problem?

try again after you remove the 1GB Hyundai stick and leave the 1GB Kingston stick
