OK, First most rails should only have an alowance of .5V to move. your rails are more then 5v! I suggest a name brand power supply. enermax, Sunbeam, PC Power and cooling are top end. But anything from ANtec, OCZ or sometimes thermatake are great.
There's most likely nothing wrong with your comptuer and no need to buy anything new. I don't know why this other guy is trying to scare you/get you to buy stuff but if those readings were correct you would not have a working PC for more than 2 seconds. Therefore they are simply missreadings and if your PC is not acting funny just ignore them. If you are really concerned then use a digital multimeter to see what the actual voltages are for yourself.
ok my health status screen sux it told me core temp was 32 and 3.3 rail was at 3.2 thats about all thats important. the only other monitors are for fan speeds
