By the way: this is information that is read from the memory itself. These are stock values that you can use in the BIOS should you choose to do so.
JEDEC will always say 1.8v. That's why factory oc'd modules don't boot up properly if you don't set them to their voltage; DDR2 will almost always default to 800MHz 5-5-5-15 1.8v.
