I would say a 2GB dual channel kit:

DDR500, relatively loose timings:

By the way, please do not just go out and buy these, I would wait for what other people have to say too, I am fairly new to the whole RAM thing.

I just read an article on G.skill ram,i cant remember the site. someone did a test with g.skill,ocz,corsair and g.skill was very impressive and i believe it was 2x1g and the one you have posted with lose timing. they were saying they had samsung chip. i was so impurest I'm thinking of ordering some,i want to upgrade because i can. U know i think it was EVGA.com site

That stuff was probably the DDR 400 with CAS1.5 timings
