how would a company know if the card has been OC'd, i didnt know about eVGA with the whole step-up program and what not, i would have gone that route, i paid $132 for my PNY but the only downside to mine is the fan sucks and theres no special programs as far as i know, but still i bought mine at compusa so i can return the card within 90 days if anything happens, the pny cards have an additional 2 year warranty if you register the product but who knows theyre whole website needs a revamp.
