I dont understand why your ram didn't work at 250 1:1. That's default....only other thing I can think of is that your Vcore is not high enough for the speed. You must be careful, I wouldn't go over 1.6.
Make sure your memory timings are accurate, and what the sticks are rated for default. 1T is just fine...up the memory voltage to 2.7

when i put the divider at 1:1 my mhz goes down soo my whole computer is slow afterwards

That makes no sense, You are probably changing the wrong setting in the bios. Use this calculator tool to help you with the settings..
