Finally hit 2.5GHz - Can I go Higher?? - Page 3

Try these settings, and increase your Vcore to 1.5v. It might need more volts.

306 x 8.5
HTT x 3
Memory divider 133 (266)

This should get you running at 2.6. If it doesn't work, it's the vcore.

Your memory is the limiting factor, hence why I'm using the .5 multi..are you sure you cant get more out of it?
I'm using these settings based on the fact that you cant go over 210 mhz with your ram.

Either way don't cross the 1.6-1.65(for air) limit, and monitor you temperatures closely, the die temperature of the E3 IS 75, the E6 model can take 10 degrees C less, so you shouldn't cross 50 degrees at full load with it.
Good luck hunting!.
Now THATs some good info

You are probably aware of this, but the A64 chips can only tun an integer
as a divider, so in case you're use a floating point multiplier, the chip uses the next integer as a divider, and you gain a higher FSB...
There were tho complaints about the floating point multiplier, some people claim that it decreases there memory bandwidth...

Thanks for the Reps+ BTW^^.
