Unstable Video Card with 3800+ OC'd

Thread Starter
Hey,

Ok so Im running a 3800+ Newcastle and i had it oc to 2.6mhz on stock voltage with agp/pci/pci-e locked...but for what ever reason when i go to play Couter Strike or BF2 my video card will crash. Im now running deafult speeds and the card doesnt crash. Im running a x700pro at stock speeds.

Let me know what you think might be the problem.

Thanks

OMG!!!!!!!111100 watching voltages in CPUz means nothing, absolutely nothing. you may have a steady stream, but it doesn't mean its Prime stable.... go run Prime95 or OCCT, then see if you have a stable system or not

prime 95 for 8 hours? prime for 30 minutes won't tell you anything.
