Not a problem.
Both of my UK 3k's ended up as shrouds. Swapped them for quiter 2200RPM Adda fans, from PSU's. I also have a Delta AFB1212SHE 190 CFM at 5v blowing over the graphics cards, great for benching.

Fesser dye is ethylene glycol based; this is the same stuff as anti-freeze so they'll be fine together. (certain dubious austrailian types used to put ethylene glycol in the wine to make it look more viscous... problem is EG makes you go blind!)

With regards my rig - still going fine after about 2 weeks of heavy use. Temps are still good - sub 50 degress on everything but the GPU (fully loaded) (which hits about 52/3) - Pump is running nice and quiet and is barely warm to the touch.

So I can use the fesser dye instead of the antifreeze i have? Do I use the whole bottle or what? What would the ratio be of that?

As far as I know the Dye has no biocide propertys. You only have to use a few drops. The same bottle will last you loads and loads of fluid changes.
Hmmm.. alright. and you have to have biocide? I think i may just add it to the antifreeze mixture.
thanks for the help +rep

The dye - I imagine - is a mixture of distilled water, ethylene glycol and dyes (various depending on colour). The bottle has no details of what concentration it is so I'd not count on Fesser Dye to make up your anti freeze percentage in a coolant mix.

oooo very very excited for tonight !!! Will post up pics as soon as I set everything up. im so antsy about this mod that i brought my H50 to work and already removed the hoses. One thing I would like to add that isn't in the tutorial is when you drain the liquid from the pump, there is still a lot left inside the pump. Take one of the tubes you removed and attach to one end of the pump and blow.....Lots of liquid shot out when I did this. Since you guys seem to go crazy when someone references to adding two types of coolant together I thought I would share. Can't wait to post pics
