First Thank You so much for this incredible mod, Willhemmens. 5 star thread.
I have several questions and product information.
1) http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...tubes-h50.html In this link there is a photo of the barb cut on the side. Do I have to do this? I just want my 1/4 ID 3/8 OD to fit in the barb without trimming it. ( Is that the radiator or the Pump barb?)

2) I am ordering an anti kink coil 1/2 OD, it should fit a bit loose on my 1/4 ID 3/8 OD tube right? Since the tube suggest 3/8 Anti kink coil , and the 1/2 is 4/8 which makes the coil a little loose am I right?

3) If I order the Swiftech Mirco Res V2, will I have to buy this barb? http://www.frozencpu.com/products/69...407s1028#blank
Will this 1/4 to 1/4 barb fit perfect with the 1/4 ID 3/8 OD tube?

4) How did you mount other fans on the Radiator? I heard the screws won't go in all the way? Do I need http://www.jab-tech.com/4-Pack-Anti-...e-pr-3388.html fan mounts?

5) Is my diagram correct water flow?
I am sorting all the information with diagrams I drew to attempt this mod.

:Bump:
Oh and If I use distilled water, Is Swiftech Hdryx same as PT?

1. No you do not have to cut the barb, I believe the photo you are referring shows how to cut the tubing off of the barb. Be careful with that cut because if you do go too deep it is possible to cut the barb, which would be bad.

2. It would work, but would defeat the purpose of anti-kink coil. You want it to fit tightly around. It is not necessary unless your loop has a lot of bends, so its up to you whether or not you want to use it.

3. Yes you will have to buy that barb

4. I didn't have any problems mounting other fans. If you do end up having a problem you could use 2 of the provided 4 screws on each fan, but I don't see why you would have an issue.

5. Your diagram is correct, although I am not 100% on in and out of the pump. Technically it doesn't matter that much if you get them mixed up, you will just have cooler water in your res instead of warmer.

And yes Hdryx will work the same as PT to my knowledge. I believe PT is just the more popular product but I have not heard anything terrible about Hdryx.

Good luck and post pics! Don't be lame like me and have your camera be out of commission forever.

Also, do you already have your H50 purchased? Upgrade your rig so we can see what you will be cooling!

What he said and yes, the diagram is correct. You want 1/4" anti king coils for 1/4" tubing.

PHOTO'S!

Will do, But bad news is the delay of ordering the parts, since I am going to leave the country for a week or two( Business and education stuff).
So yeah, Oh. Can't I just yank the tubes out of the Pump's barb with my big guns?

I think it is sealed on there somehow can't exactly remember from when I took mine apart. It is quite obvious how deep and where you have to cut once you have it open though.
