Actually, I'm talking about the 450 point QMD WUs. Those are killer and will generate far more points than the 600 point ones (they finish nearly twice as fast).

ah my frames per sec has gone down to 4 mins which is still alot more than before cause it was around 50 secs a frame

Ok lets see, if the flags are inserted at the target line and the box is checked for work assignments greater than 5mbs then we can tap into 450s point WU's that finish faster?

With that said, does that mean that the core priority, cpu usage and the blank deadlines area in the advanced tab are what the flags setup?

The flags and the config options are all separate, I believe. On the console version, the check boxes (on the graphical version) all have equivalents in the config dialog.
