Use {IMG}{/IMG} at the begaining and end of the url, But replace the {}s with []

i know.....the auto tune feature in ATI overdrive is not very helpful
wen i tuned using that....it was showing very high clocks(i dun remember) as stable

and wen i tested it(Test custom clocks), and the clocks which failed the 5 min ATItool test, passed in ATI overdrive
guess we really cant trust it..can we

and i still didnt get how to post pics directly...please elaborate a little

Well either upload them directly to OCN as attachment or upload them to something like photobucket or whatever photo hosting site you use. These sites will give you options for links.

Copy and paste the link that has the img tags on it directly into your post.
