Thats the right chipset drivers (6.66) now upgrade top the latest BIOS which is the 1016 .But do try to get a fan to blow cooler air ino the chipset .I just realised your in India so i suppose it, very warm unless you are in an A/Ced room. Try the updated BIos and see how you get on Good luck

hmm well its not that hot here.. around 12 degrees celsius at night and 25 during daytime
anyways i gave my mobo to the asus service center.. and told em to chk the chipset too for any damage.. . i`m just hoping that there wouldnt be any problems..

will update once i get my mobo back ..

OT - any site in the uk/us which ships to india .. and cheap (cost of handlign and transporting the product is less)

got my mobo back after 2 friiging months!!!!
all they had to do was replace the capacitors!!!!
and they kept giving me excuses , the office is shifting/the machine aint working/motherboard stuck in octroi!!! it was stuck in octroi for like 3 weeks!!!
this is the first time they sending stuff eh?? sheesh

but hey my pain still doesnt end there!!
***.. serioulsy.. connected my mobo and hey it still doesnt work!!!!!!!
man i abused em soo bad on the phone that if they wanna sue me for that they can put me in jail for 10 long years!!!
anyways.. didnt take my mobo back to them .. instead got it repaired from the IBM service center in flat 2 hours!!!

got AS5 applied on the cpu/gpu/chipset.. and i was ready to go
it works like a charm now!!

pathetic assus service!! sucks really!
definately not buying asus again!!
