Help: i7 920 ASUS P6T Deluxe V2

Hi guy,
This is my 1st time trying to overclock,
my goal is to up my i7 920 (D0) to 3.8ghz, after reading other threads,
am I right to say that I only need to do the following changes to achieve it with stability?

Disable C1E support & intel speedstep
Set Ai overclock tuner to manual
CPU Ratio setting = 20
BCLK Frequency = 190
PCIE = 100
DRAM = DDR3-1333mhz
Rest set to auto.

Please guide me along,

You might need to adjust vCore.
