Tight timing = low voltage. High frequency = high voltage, that is my TCCD experience. I had to reduce voltage to 2.7V to be able to run stable at 2-2-2-7 DDR400. Turning the voltage up to 2.85 made it possible to reach 320MHz at 3-4-4-10. Guess it would go even higher with more voltage but this is mobo maximum. I am running stable at 288MHz 2.5-4-4-9 with 2.6V. Was hoping to get 2.5-3-3-8 at 288MHz but that did not work Spec. is 2.5-3-3-7 at 275 and I can't get much higher with that timing.
