It isn't 400mhz ram, it is DDR400 ram. Which equals 200mhz. If he was running at 240mhz, he was running DDR480. Anyways, dont let his post confuse you
There's nothing wrong with adding Vcore (cpu voltage). Problems only happen when too much is added....try these settings..you still didn't give me any details on your memory....brand, speed, timings, volts, links, etc....
These settings are completely safe, do not worry about it.
HTT = 260
HTT multiplier = 4
CPU Multiplier = 10
Vcore = 1.5-1.55
Memory Divider 166 (333) 5:4
Memory voltage (DRAM volt) = 2.7
