It isn't 400mhz ram, it is DDR400 ram. Which equals 200mhz. If he was running at 240mhz, he was running DDR480. Anyways, dont let his post confuse you

There's nothing wrong with adding Vcore (cpu voltage). Problems only happen when too much is added....try these settings..you still didn't give me any details on your memory....brand, speed, timings, volts, links, etc....

These settings are completely safe, do not worry about it.

HTT = 260
HTT multiplier = 4
CPU Multiplier = 10
Vcore = 1.5-1.55
Memory Divider 166 (333) 5:4
Memory voltage (DRAM volt) = 2.7

Hold on, dont put in my numbers above yet, your ram is 160 mhz ? Is it PC2700? or PC3200? DDR400 or DDR333?
Can you post a link to your memory on the web, preferrably newegg.com or wherever you bought it ?

ddr400 pc 3200 in spd timeing tables there are 3 cplumns one with 133mch 166mhz and one with 200 mhz
one with 166mhz = 2.5 3 3 7
one with 200mhz = 3.0 3 3 8

And all the voltages and stuff are at default

actually it is 400mhz ram since the ram runs at 2x the fsb, therefore 240 fsb would=480mhz ram speed, you were close though.

are you sure the ram is all the same speed? and as for dual channel you sometimes need to have the same type. Are all your chips dual sided or single sided? There should be a diagram in your manual that shows the proper configuration to enable dual channel. I HIGHLY recommend you do this as it will GREATLY improve overall performance. good luck
