RAID help needed desperately!

Ok, this is seriously getting under my skin here. I just got 2 300GB Maxtor MaXLine Plus III hard drives and I am waiting to stick them in RAID 0, however it seems as if everthing is going against me. According to my manual I have to go into my BIOS and change "configure SATA as IDE" to "configure SATA as RAID" but I do not have the RAID option, only IDE or AHCI.....for some reason, my mobo model is listed as supporting SATA150 RAID and my manual tells me how to do it, just my BIOS seems to have that option omitted....what should I do? I cannot flash my BIOS since I have no floppy drive. My only options it seems are to buy a new MOBO or RAID card and I really don't want to do either, can someone seriously help me get this set up?

Holy crap on a stick, I finally found MSI's winflash utility and flashed my BIOS and now my AHCI option is gone, so now there ONLY is configure SATA as IDE and now I cannot boot at my regular overclock of 225x15 or even 215x15! This is very lame indeed!!
