You can run fear at decent framerates with 9600xt but dont buy that card now because you wont play with it mutch. Agp, ati 9800 series or geforce 6600 series.

There are some x8xx series left for agp and 6800GS is out for AGP aswell. Buti wouldnt spend much for agp since you'll have to change to PCIe mobo sooner or later so get a 6600GT.

He means that right now the port your using to plug in your gfx card is agp, well agp is OFFICIALLY dead (yes it is, don't plan to see a 6800 or 7800 in agp) and the best card you can get in agp is I think 6600gt which is a good card, but eventually when you want to upgrade (and that should happen within the next year from what I hear is gonna happen) you will be stuck with that card and have to get a mobo with pci-e, not pci but pci-e.

Or... not.... there are some good AGP cards out there if he is looking for a minimal upgrade.

Dude, fill in your computer specs. Click the "User CP" button at top, look on the sidebar for "Edit system specs" and fill that in.

And spell correctly, please...
