Is Nail Polish Conductive?

I have been wondering this for a while now. Assuming its not like the glitter stuff. Is it conductive?

EDIT: GOOGLe didnt have one good answer no matter how I worded it.

It's made of acetone isn't it?

Some nail polish's contain acetone or alcohol which you know is highly flammable. If you get a spark = fire. Do not mix with any kind of electrical current.

But don't people use nail polish on the back of there Mobo's for doing runs with there pots?

If its dry the flammability wouldn't be a factor anymore would it? And FrickFrock Im way too dumb to decipher that chart. I mean I see numbers, but im not understanding.

I'm way off base here guys. For some reason I had nail polish remover in my head. My bad.

And yes people use nail polish for ln2 runs
