upgrade cpu cooler

If you are sitting on parts for a rig that is not complete, then I would the basic/necessary components first (.i.e. RAM)

If you have all the components to bring this machine to life, then I would get a tower cooler of your choice.

If you have the funds, then I would also add the 40mm fan that you mentioned.

40mm fans are like under $5.
If you're considering between the caviar blue and blacks, get the black. I'm sure this vote will be unanimous.

thnx +rep.... I am trying to consider RAM.... IDK to get 4gb or 6gb I know I want it to be good but I am tryign to save money... I was thinking maybe buying some 1600mhz ram in 4gb then when I upgrade my system later get 4 more... or I could buy 6gb of 1333mhz ram and then when I upgrade buy 6 1600 or 2000mhz ram... what do you guys think?

I would probably go with the 6 GB (3X2GB) kit to utilize triple channel. If you're on a really tight budget then just get what you need to get the system up and running.
