You don't need a disk to flash a BIOS with MSI motherboards. You can flash it using the included MSI LiveUpdate software in the windows environment.

As you could see by the "help OC neo" thread I spent most of the night dealing with 1b bios and no success. I was able to flash to 1a. After bumping up the vcore this primes; 11x232 ,htx4 , 166 divider 3 3 3 8 timings. Ib wouldn't let me do this. Vcore too high?

Have you found your cpu max,fsb max,ram max? Actually, you don't have to worry about the fsb max because your board will handle any fsb you want. Without knowing those values, I can't help much yet, but I do suggest dropping the 11x cpu multiplier and using a 10X with a higher fsb. If you haven't read the FAQ, go back and do that and it will guide you towards finding your cpu max and ram max. It's important to know those before you can worry about your final system settings.

Thanks, I think 1B was my problem. I was able to D/L 1A and put the flash utilly and bios where the live update D/Ls to and get it to flash that way.

Yeah, I'm going to, start from scratch as they say, most my problems came from setting my dividers in 1B.
