i saw this liquid cooling system which is REALLY cheap

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835124005

and i'm wondering if anyone has used it or knows something about, i've looked online but i haven't seen any reviews for it. from the newegg reviews i'm unsure to get it or not as a temporary WC system until i save up to build my own custom one!

I was looking into that product a long time ago. It got great reviews. It doesnt reach the level of a custom WC setup but it is a very high quality all inclusive kit.

The one main complaint that every reviewer had though was increasing the size of a tubing for a boost in performance. An easy task if you have the time.

It's "cheap" for a reason. There's a lot higher quality kits for a little more money. Swiftech makes the best kits IMO. Cooler Master Aquagate Mini is a great inexpensive kit. And don't forget custom.

I got that and would not recomend it! First off, the filling the res is a nightmare!! The hole is so small, it is almost imposible to get water into it! Plus, the seal around the hole is horable, so water runs down into the caseing and drips all over your computer!! Also, affter having it for a few months, the pump died and my CPU fried!! DO NOT BUY THIS KIT!

This guy is 100% correct. Stay the hell away from this kit. I have one that I've just thrown away now since my custom setup. It doesn't even keep my CPU at ambient on STOCK clock. It's a horrible WC setup. I've had nothing but nightmares with that setup. First off, the CPU waterblock screws were too short. I had to modify the clip that hooked onto the screws for it to fit.
Secondly, it IS a nightmare to fill. I thought I had a leak the first time I filled it. The tubing is way too small and flimsy. The unit itself resets everytime you turn the computer off. So I just shorted the thermistor so the pump would run 24/7. You have to set the temp yourself everytime you turn the unit off, and it's rediculous. Stock temp, the pump only turns on at 40C! The fan is pretty noisey for the performance of this unit. The radiator sucks, it does not dissipate much heat at all. The waterblock also does not like to stay in place, even with adequate torque on the screws. There is NO WAY this unit could do any kind of cooling with the provided GPU and CPU blocks connected at the same time. I was 5C over ambient with both units connected.

Oh, another thing about the kit: They say it works with "ATI and nVidia video cards", but it DOES NOT WORK WITH 6xxx or 7xxx cards!

I agree don't get the Kingwin. I have it and it is very hard to fill. I had it installed above my floppy and my cd drives. It dripped water all over them during the fillling process. It killed both of them. Very hard to get water in it without spilling. Once the water was in the radiator was too small to cool things much Definately stay away from this kit. I stopped using it after a few months. Spend a few bucks more and get a custom set up from Danger Den.
