Okay, I've liked a lot of features the Cooler Master 690 II Advanced offers. I thought all it needed was a windowed side to be perfect for me.
That is until I found out it can't fit a Radeon HD 5970 (Not sure about NVIDIA Fermi's when they come out).
One of the things I truly liked about the CM 690 II Advanced was the air cooling, right down to having an 80 x 15 fan behind the motherboard where the CPU is at.
Then of course the tooless installation of the harddrives, wire management, black interior, accessible area behind the motherboard where the CPU is.
Now, however, what I was wondering, and I might as well ask here, is on the CM 690 II Advanced, I know the lower HDD bay can be removed for liquid cooling needs, but how about keeping the lower HDD bay and removing the upper, to allow full sized graphics cards on the first set of PCI-E x 16 slots?
I'm also wondering if there are any cases, preferably with black interior and exterior, side window, offers great air cooling (I'm hoping similar to the CM 690 II Advanced, if not better), great wire management plus can also support the ATI Radeon HD 5970 cards (Or even the new NVIDIA Fermi's, what ever size they may be. - I have my options open on deciding graphics cards still. lol)
I'm in the process of deciding another build, but I feel choosing and finding the right case to house all the hardware is just as important as anything as well.
