I have it BIOS set for fixed CPU voltage with LLC disabled.
I also don't have power saving stuff turned on at the moment so idle is full power. Any time my computer is on I'm folding, so there's really no point in me using power saving features because I'm always at 100% CPU load.

Your CPU is so lucky! Now i am curious to see 4Ghz and 4.2Ghz and the voltages
I am daily@ 4Ghz ram@1600Mhz the bios vcore is 1.234v, cpuz idle will see 1.248 and in full 1.248 and sometimes up to 1.264. I tried to disable LLC but i am not stable anymore: cpuz idle see 1.248 but in full load it goes down to 1.21v and linx crashes after few minutes. So i think i will have to leave it enabled
These are my settings in the bios, any suggestions?
