Should i get a asus ASUS P4P800SE Socket 478 withCORSAIR XMS 1GB (2 x 512MB) and with a big typhoon (to have full overclocking, not just 15mhz increase like mine right now)

or

CORSAIR XMS 2GB (4 x 512MB)

I would get 4x 512mb instead. 4 x 512 mb will give you better overclock than 1 gb or 2 gb sticks. G.Skill are awesome.

That Asus im pretty sure it will have better overclocking options than your soyo.
