Dells new monster

Thread Starter
At CES 2006 dell revealed something we would kill for.

http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/s...&~topic=gaming

It has 4, thats right four 7800 GTX 512 'ers.
Factory clocked 4.2 Ghz Pentium 4 Duel-core processor
2gig RAM

The board has two PCI-express slots but they got 2 7800's in each slot.

Wow, custom paints with signatures? I bet its around $5000+. IMO not worth it. Built it yourself for $3000.

ya its a rip off... if dell is gonna put all that into production, we can get ahold of those cards and we already have higher clocked processors for way cheaper.. so once again dell SUCKS!

Yeah i'm still trying to figure that one out. I don't understand why all of these hardware companies are going overboard on their computers or products when most video games don't require that much yet. The only one I can think of is F.E.A.R. but thats only if you want all that soft shadow and stuff on.
