Computer Wont Start

Ok, here is what happened. (Im gonna explain the whole story so that there is no confusion.)

I woke up to find a UPS package on my doorstep. It was the nvsilencer5 rev.5. I installed it, installed the card in the computer, and booted up. When i booted it up i noticed that i forgot to plug PCIE cable into the gfx card. So i went to go shut it off, and it was taking too long, so i unplugged the plug from the back of my computer(Stupid, I know). Then, i plugged in the cable, booted up and it came up with a screen that says "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/CONFIG/SYSTEM."

I tried to install windows over again, and it comes up with a blue screen. I also tried to repair it with the repair feature, and it came up with a blue screen...

What did I do??

not necessary, but do this and see if it works.

1. Reverse all your overclock (meaning put it back to stock)
2. Try to format your hard drive and install fresh Windows

Find a Windows XP Installation disk. Set your computer to start from CD-ROM. Run the install. Try repairing your Windows installation first, if that doesn't work, delete the partition, and reinstall Windows on the fresh (RAW) partition.

I've tried to boot from the CD-ROM, and ive tried to repair the windows installation. It just comes up with some blue error screen. What do you mean by "Delete the partition?"
