I put the CD in, pressed enter to install, and it goes to a blue screen that says something about a BAD_POOL_CALLER. So, i press D, then L, and nothing happens..

This is what it looks like

Of coure you can, hmmm bad pool...

what i meant was when windows goes through all of its files, you will come to a point where you will see your hard drive and how much space is on it, THATS when you press enter and D to delete the partition then L to confirm it and proceed with formatting...

Have you tried the drive in a different port? you could possibly have a bad cable and not a bad drive.

I tried it in two different ports, and it didnt work. Then i used other cables that i have to see if the current ones were defective. Still no luck.
