CPU= AMD Phenom ll x2 550 black edition 3.1 GHz Duel Core 7mb cache
GPU= Asrock K10N78
Gfx card= ATI HD4650 1GB
RAM=4 GB(2x2GB) Kingston PC6400 800MHz DDR2
power supply = standard 650W
OS=windows Vista

All this costs around £450
I dont know much about pcs but i want to play MMORPGS with near enough max gfx settings such as Aion. I got this build from Arbico.co.uk this is the pc http://www.arbico.co.uk/Arbico-Perfo...r-p-17352.html

Please can u tell me if there is any bottlenecks, and in the future i am thinking of buying a HD4870 card instead.

Well, I don't know what storage you going to have, but SSD would be vastly greater than HDD.

... and more expensive.

dude, that's a pretty good build. i'd maybe change the mobo, but it's a solid build nonetheless. that 4670 will be fine for now, when you can save up 130 or so more you can get a Sapphire 5770 vapor x and enjoy (newer tech than a 4870, and uses less power). that said, MMORPG's typically aren't too demanding so you should be fine

Well, the 5770 would be a great upgrade over the 4650 you have listed above. I would definitely go with a different motherboard. Possibly a 785G or 790GX if your budget allows.
