BIOS flash problem, help please

ok to start i used to have a pm800-m2 in my case ,, what i did was try to do a bios upgrade via flash. after it was done all it said was bios is finished please restart ,,, i did and all i got was a dead moniter can i fix it ???

Just recover the bios. No big deal. Go to your mobo's website and download the recovery bios, or 'OS independent' bios to a floppy and follow their instrucitons.

Thanks ,,,,it doesnt matter if the moniter doesnt start ??

on the bios instructions it says to type in my flash type but no moniter !! is it possible?
